The first training was the Waterproofing Regulation with the presentation of BTM Technical Consultant Jozef Bonfil.

With the Planned Areas Zoning Regulation published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization on July 3, 2017, waterproofing became mandatory in buildings, and the waterproofing regulation, which will determine the principles of the application, was published in the Official Gazette on October 27, 2017. From 1 June 2018, the regulation entered into force. Jozef Bonfil, BTM Technical Consultant, stated that with the Waterproofing Regulation, it has become obligatory to submit “waterproofing projects” as projects or reports, just like architectural projects. Bonfil said, “With the regulation, architectural project offices will be responsible for the creation of insulation projects. Your control will be under the responsibility of the Building Audit companies," he said.

The second training took place on Green Roofs. Green Roofs Product Manager Gül Şenel explained the history, types, application areas and system components of Green Roofs in detail, through applied references.
