Bituproof Protector

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be cleaned from dust, dirt,rust and oil, loose pieces should be scraped off.
APPLICATION
BTM BituProof Protector is laid on the foundation bed with staggering after removing the silicon release film on the bottom surface and the overlaps are torched on. Rebars can directly be placed on top of Bituproof Protector and when concrete is poured and setting it creates perfect bond that no water can seep through.
PACKAGING
It is 1 m wide and 15 m long and is launched to the market in rolls.
STORAGE CONDITION AND SHELFLIFE
The membrane rolls should be stored vertically under a roof, protected from direct sunlight. If the rolls have to be stored outdoors for a long period of time, they must be covered with a protective layer in order to protect them from the sunlight. The membrane rolls or pallets should not be stacked on each other.
Shelf-life is one year from the production date in case it is stored in its sealed and undamaged package in dry ambient conditions at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C away from direct sunlight.
