SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surface should be cleaned of dust, dirt, rust and oil, loose parts should be scraped. Depending on the surface to be applied, BTS 100 or BTR 100 primer should be applied to the application surface when necessary, and it should be allowed to dry completely.

APPLICATION

Poliroof application is started at the lowest part of the roof (lowest level) and in the direction perpendicular to the slope. Poliroof PR4500 is heated with a torch flame and adhered to the surface. If Poliroof SA 4500 is used, it can be used directly by sticking as it is self-adhesive. There must be staggering between the rows. A overlap of 10 cm for long side overlaps and 15 cm for short side overlaps should be left and the joints should be well adhared. Between layers, 50 cm on the long side and 5 m on the short side should be used.

STORAGE CONDITION AND SHELFLIFE

Rolls to be stored upright and away from heat.Torched. Please refer to application booklet.

Shelf-life is one year  from the production date in case it is stored in its sealed and undamaged package in dry ambient conditions at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C away from direct sunlight.
