SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface should be free of dust, loose parts, oil, etc. which prevents adhesion. A successful application depends on correct surface preparation and use of correct material • The surface area should be dry.  • Tensile strength of the application surface should be :1,5 N/mm², compressive strength should be: 25 N/mm². • Damages and roughness on application surface should be repaired with proper materials • It is recommended to make the application surface solid by roughening with mill, blast truck for better adherence. • The surface should be free of dust and residuals with an electric vacuum cleaner. • As the primer BTMSEAL AA 0106 Epoxy-based solvent free impregnated primer (surface moisture <%4) or BTMSEAL E2K NB water-based transparent epoxy primer (surface moisture <%8) should be used

APPLICATION

• BTMSEAL PUrea H should be applied with special heated airless spray designed for Purea. • Missing, defected or thin areas should be corrected with an application again within maximum 4 hours following the application of BTMSEAL PUrea H. • Material should be protected against, water, dew, dust, etc. for 24 hours following the application. • If the material is not covered with another material, it should be covered with BTMSEAL PU 1260 Polyurethane-based UV protected coating.

WARNINGS

• Opened packages should be consumed completely and should not be left as half.

• Do not add any other material to BTMSEAL PUrea H. 

• Do not dilute with any thinner.

• After curing, BTMSEAL PUrea H is completely healthy.
