BTM Polpan XPS (Thermal Insulation Boards)
Polpan N is a closed-cell extruded poystyrene hardfoam thermal insulation sheet with an armoured and smooth surface. Having thickness of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 cm, these sheets are 60cm x 120 cm in dimensions.
ADVANTAGES
- Is capable of continuous heat insulation.
- Has a 100% closed porous cell structure and does not intake water.
- Has no capillary absorbance.
- Has a usage temperature range between -50°C and +75°C.
- Is resistant to frost.
- Has a water vapour diffusion resistance suitable for the place of use.
- May be applied fast and simply, thus preventing losses of labour and time.
- Does not impose any load on the building as it is lightweight.
- Has a dimensional stability.
- Does not crumble nor crush.
- Does not cause allergy and is not carcinogen.
- Is nature friendly and does not cause any harm to the environment.
- Prevents heat bridges thanks to the tongue-and-grooves on the sides.
- Protects the waterproofing against thermal shocks and impacts in terrace appliactions.
- Makes an economy by being used thinner by approximately 35% compared to the other heat.

- For heat insulation purposes on terrace roofs of buildings,

PACKAGING
Polpan N sheets are launched into the market in packs. As per TS11989 EN 13164 standard, the label containing the introductory data for the product is located on the packs.
STORAGE CONDITION AND SHELFLIFE
Polpan packs must be stored in roofed-over spaces. If the pallets have to be stored outdoors for a long period of time, then they must be covered with a protective layer in order to protect them against the sunlight.
