As BTM, we are committed to fulfilling our obligations towards the environment by complying with our compliance obligations to protect and maintain our environment, by achieving the goals and targets we set and by making efforts to prevent and reduce environmental impacts resulting from our activities ("Production of Water and Thermal Insulation Materials") within the framework of the life cycle, to continuously improve our environmental performance and to spread environmental awareness.
For this purpose, as BTM, we have set goals and objectives for ourselves. Our environmental policy is;
•to prevent and reduce our significant impacts on the environment arising during our operations,
•to increase the use of reusable or recyclable materials and to reduce the amount of natural resource consumption,
•to control and reduce the possible environmental impacts from the design stage to the end of the life cycle,
•to improve our environmental performance continuously by setting new targets every year,
•to fulfill the compliance obligations,
•to inform our employees, guests, suppliers, subcontractor companies, services shops, dealers and neighbors about our Environmental Policy and our efforts to reduce our important effects on the environment and to make our awareness raising activities continuous,
•to make efforts to increase the efficiency of operations and reduce energy consumption,
•to reduce waste amounts, and to ensure reuse and recycling of waste,
•to comply with the environmental management system standards and to continuously improve its effectiveness,
•to communicate with all stakeholders and share information when necessary
As BTM, it is our basic management policy to act ethically and responsibly against the impact of our activities on our employees and their families, suppliers, visitors and guests, neighboring businesses, customers, society and the environment.
